Nick Frank De Matties is an American artist and teacher born in Honolulu, Hawaii. He studied at Long Beach State College, the Chicago Institute of Design and Atelier 17 in Paris. His work can be found in numerous institutions including the Library of Congress, Washington D.C.; San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, CA; Bibliotheque nationale de France; National Gallery of Modern Art, Czech Republic; Museo De Arte Contemporaneo Carrillo Gil, Mexico City; Brooklyn Museum, New York; and Columbia University.
